Yes. you will get the admission. Cutoff for 2016, Gen was 155, for OBC, it was 142 and for SC/ST, it was 126. l am not sure about SC/ST.
Cutoff for 2017: Gen was 132-135. You have a chance to get admission. Good luck.

Yes, with such good marks you have a very high chance to get in JEC but you may also get in AEC. I suggest you to keep your preferred branch in mind and pick the right college.

Yes, you might have to wait around for the counselling to know that. You might get into JEC but you have more chances of getting in BVEC or JIST.

You might get in AEC by a long stretch but if you have a branch you like I hope you go for that instead of deciding on the college itself. JEC is good too and yes, wait around for the counselling to know the branches you may get.

Yes, you can get CSE in JEC. Cutoff for last year i.e. 2017 was 132-135 marks. You have to apply through Assam CEE. Link of colleges is below:
