At some, the specific branch is well known to be the best. However, in the two colleges that you have mentioned, it's not like this. Hello Rohan, it's very difficult to answer such queries. This is so since we all have only past information to depend on and make guess as to what is going to happen four years from today. Many things can change in these four years. My perception is that at present Sinhagad is a better choice.
