Yes, you have good chances to GET in JSSATE, especially for lateral entry, it is quite easy to get in JSS. Last year, there were many seats that were vacant.

Well it is very tough for you to get CS but there are chances of IT, taking you are general otherwise for SC/ST you don't even have to wait for 2nd counselling.

CS/IT both are high in demand and Indian being IT hub demand will be high in future too. So CS/IT Btech will remain high in demand.
