Getting admission into JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE) Mysore depends on the admission route you choose. Most students gain admission through competitive exams like KCET or COMEDK, which are standard pathways for engineering programs in Karnataka. The difficulty varies based on the branch you want to pursue—high-demand programs like Computer Science and Engineering generally require higher ranks. For example, a KCET rank of around 35,000 may suffice for less competitive branches but might not secure a seat in top-demand courses like Computer Science.Alternatively, the institute offers a management quota option for those who do not meet the entrance exam cutoffs, but this route is significantly costlier.Overall, while admission through competitive exams can be challenging depending on your desired branch and rank, the management quota provides an alternative for those seeking flexibility in eligibility.
