I got 61 marks in MHCET, 50 marks in JEE and 76% in 12th. Can I get admission in a good college in Mumbai?

Yes, the cutoff for CSE is around 155, hence, you'll easily get CSE in probably the second round.
Moreover, you'll get IT and the below branches in the first round itself.

They give priority to both. Both the admission processes are different. If you are from MH then it's better to go with MHT-CET.
