But it provides scholarships to students on both merit and on the basis of their financial status. There are as Post matriculation scholarships for SC/ST, OBC, and Economically weaker students are availed for which entire fee can be paid up to 100% by the candidates. Further, on individual basis, the college may be in a position to provide mere charges rebates or some forms of fee remunerations to certain students who really deserve.

Some of the member of faculty have corporate experience, and to improve the quality of teaching, the college often conducts programmes for faculty development. Students have opportunities to interact with faculty mainly in matters pertaining to their studies or career. Despite the fact that overall teaching is satisfactory the quality of teaching may differ from department to department. The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:15.

College of Engineering that includes well established labs, rich central library of over 50,000 books, internet services within the university. The college has facilities for both boys and girls hostels, playgrounds and a stylish canteen with the latest in technologies. It has seminar halls, auditorium, transportation facilities etc. Also, there are well-provided and serviced parking for cars, other kinds of transport and there are health care centers for college students .
