Among the options you've mentioned DCAC is the best option for you. It is a great college better than Kamla Nehru. The only drawback will be its infrastructure but apart from that the crowd, academics and extra-curricular are in shape. Goo

Yes, you can do it. Only 50% aggregate is required in your UG course for the same.
