If you have such a rank in gen. category then you can get abes or kiet, but colleges like jss and akg are bit difficult to get.

You can get AKG and KIET, but getting JSS is quite difficult as this college has very low admission in these quotas.

You can easily get admission in all of these colleges, without any problem, and you will get all these colleges in the first round of the counselling and now it depends on you how you fill up the choices.

There is no difference. You both got same facilities section etc. only the difference is u came from direct admission and other came from entrance. Some scholarship issue are also there, but it manage.
