The chances are quite low but it is not sure as according to the last year the general rank of the OBC students accepted by this college is 9k, it is sure that there will be slight increase in the closing rank but not confirm.

AKGEC is far better than KIET in all respect whether it is infra, placements or faculty. The labs of this college is quite awesome and you will find this type of lab in no other college.

No, you can't as your rank is too high for that and getting IT or even any branch is not possible in all these colleges.

It will cost you around 1.35 LPA and hostel has 3 categories that is fan, cooler and AC from that you have to choose the range of hostel starts from 90k and goes upto 1.05 lakhs per annum.

Yes, you can easily get this college in your desired stream but I'll prefer you to opt for the govt colleges as you can get in the govt colleges at this rank in the second or in the third round of the counselling.
