Your CLAT scores are only considered for the entrance and with each passing year the cutoff has changed exponentially. The first semester usually starts in the first week of July.

IGCSE is well recognized in India and is provider equivalence by Association of Indian Universities. NMIMS University also recognizes IGCSE. She can definitely apply for BBA LLB at KPM School of Law, Mumbai respective of her CLAT score.
