The selection criteria of the MBA/PGDM course at KIT's Institute of Management Education and Research (KIT's IMER) majorly consist of the marks obtained in the entrance exam of such type as MAH CET, CAT, and CMAT. Apart from that, academic merit, work experience if any, and personal interviews are highly kept in mind during the selection process. Apart from that, candidates must necessarily hold a bachelor's degree with minimum percentage criteria as defined by the concerned course undertaken. The final selections are, therefore, made based on a comprehensive evaluation of those criteria, thereby ensuring that the candidates will be able to perform academically and also potentially contribute as leaders in management positions.
