{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}KLR College of Engineering and Technology seems to have mixed reviews when it comes to its reputation among students and alumni. While some students praise the college's infrastructure, faculty, and placement record, others express concerns about the lack of Wi-Fi, outdated textbooks, and limited internship opportunities.Pros:* The college has good infrastructure, with well-maintained classrooms, laboratories, and a large playground.* Faculty members are generally helpful and knowledgeable, although a few students felt that some teachers were not up-to-date with recent developments in their fields.* The college has a relatively good placement record, with many students securing jobs in reputed companies such as Wipro, Mahindra, Tata, and Infosys.* The course curriculum is considered relevant and useful for scoring good grades and preparing students for industry demands.* The college organizes various events and fests throughout the year, providing students with opportunities to develop their extracurricular skills.Cons:* Some students expressed disappointment with the lack of Wi-Fi access on campus, citing this as a hindrance to their studies and research.* Others felt that the college's textbooks were outdated and did not reflect current trends and technologies in their respective fields.* Limited internship opportunities were reported by some students, who felt that this impacted their ability to gain practical experience and build professional networks.* A few students mentioned that the college's cafeteria food was not particularly good, although this may vary depending on individual tastes.Overall, while KLR College of Engineering and Technology appears to have some strengths, such as its infrastructure and faculty, it also faces challenges related to technology adoption and practical training opportunities. Prospective students should carefully weigh these factors before making an informed decision about pursuing their engineering degree at this institution.
