This college is an absolute choice for engineering.
Placements: Almost 75-80% of the students got placed. Many opportunities are offered for the computer science engineering stream. The average salary package offered is 4-5 LPA. There are top recruiters like Mercedes Benz, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, IBM and Google. The highest salary package offered recorded till now is around 11.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college campus has a 24x7 free Wi-Fi service, and it contains separate hostel facilities. The collection of books in the library is good. There are also cafe and fruit centers. The mess for girls and boys is separate, and they serve quality food. Every department has labs with the latest instruments. Indoor sports like table tennis are available here, and a basketball court is also available.
Faculty: GIT is an autonomous institution. Minimum 30% of the faculty members of all departments are PhD holders. Teaching is very impressive. For the course, the computer science stream has maximum employment opportunities in the current period.
