For admission in LNCT, you have to apply in DTE counselling which is conducted by MP government. In DTE counselling, you have to fill colleges and branches with respect to your priorities in a sequential order. After the DTE counselling, you will be allotted by a college. If you don't want to do it by yourself, then go to LNCT college and ask the admission council person, they will do it for you (if you only want LNCT, then only). But they will take some fees from you. Yes, it has a quota scenario. Talking about placements, LNCT give an average package of 3 to 4 lakhs. Companies like Amazon, Wipro, Cognizant, HCL, Dell, TCS etc visit here. If you are in LNCT main campus and having CS, EC, IT, Mechanical, Civil branches, then you don't need to worry about the placement because the average packages are going to be 3-4 lakhs. Programmes, infrastructure, faculty, library and principals all are separate for these. Talking about quality of teachers, they get reshuffled every semester from LNCT main, LNCTS and LNCTE. Therefore, there is not a big difference in teaching. Cutoff for LNCT main is the highest among all, then comes LNCTS and LNCTE.
