Dissatisfied with the placement and facilities.

Placements: For placement in core branch like electrical, maximum a one core company came to recruit with a package of 1.4 Lacs pa. Apart from these only marketing company like advisory, BPO etc. Will come to recruit. I got placed in advisory company WAYS2CAPITAL with 3.45 Lacs pa. but in 3.45 Lacs pa only 14700 will be fixed salary and remaining will based upon target basis. So according to me is not a 3.45 lah pa. For electrical one core company named ENERGY SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. came to recruit. Students role was came into some cultural activities only. None of my friends got internship nor any guidance by placement cell. As there is no internship so there is no the highest or the lowest package. Yes, there is a placement cell. To get a letter for industrial training from TPO, they took lots of days.

Infrastructure: Average infrastructure of the college. No Wi-Fi for the students at my time although they mentioned about Wi-Fi in their website. All classrooms are equipped with smart class, classrooms was very good. Library was above average, large number of students can study at a time, you will get almost every book related to your branch. You can also access e-library. Medical Facilities are good, there is hameopathy hospital in front of the college and take no charge for that because hospital is of LNCT group. NO sports ground is present in the college campus. College allows student to take part in various sports events organised by RGPV. Quality of the food at canteen is below average. If I talk about the hostel rooms, in one room three beds were there and a almirah for each students, hostel rooms is average. You will fill lack of water facilities specially in summer.

Faculty: Some teachers was very good and qualified as well, they will clear your doubt in the classroom as well. If I talk about the teaching quality, is average. Most of the faculty members makes you threatens you about sessional marks. Teaching quality is average as we know that many subjects are raelted with each other, so if you got a good faculty in some subjects, you will definatly get a bad faculty in another subject. Most of the time teacher taught by using projector. Student-faculty ratio is about almost 30:1. Yes, students gets industry exposure. Curriculum will useful for some students, who are hard working.

A good for nothing college.

Placements: The placements in LNCT-Indore are below average. All the companies which come are small startups or very small scale industries which don't provide packages above Rs. 1,50,000 per annum. The training and placement officer is nearly useless. The whole training and placement cell is not time efficient. The don't even provide proper information to students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure, including classes and labs, libraries, toilets, etc., are pretty good. Most of the oscilloscopes in the ECE and EEE departments do not work. The buildings are well built. Furniture is in good condition. It is a bit congested. The canteen is not up to the mark. There is no water cooler in any building. One water cooler is allotted to each of the boys' and girls' hostels. The hostels are average. Sports facilities are minimal, there are just two volleyball courts, which are never maintained. There is a sports room which doesn't have proper lighting. The whole campus has Wi-Fi connectivity, which provides only 20 MB data. It's over if we open and close Facebook. There are no medical facilities, not even a band-aid.

Faculty: The faculty are below average. More than 60% are non-cooperating, and they come only for the little salary they get and are not at all interested in teaching. Some good faculty members are well qualified and are helping. So, the teaching quality is also below average. The management doesn't want to recruit good faculty members as they need to save money which they have to give to good faculty members. The lab assistants don't even know how any equipment works, except for the experienced ones. The student to faculty ratio is way too low. The college follows Rajiv Gandhi Technical University's curriculum which is far outdated. We've had only 1 or 2 industrial visits which are not at all enough for industrial exposure.

Other: The techfests are not even held annually. The management saves money there also. Events are scarce, and there are nearly no extracurricular activities. The owners are money-minded.
