Review of Lakshmi Bai College.
Placements: The placement cell is dead; don't expect any placement from this college. It's really useless; students have complained multiple times, but there has been no action from the principal. You need to develop skills and find off-campus placement to get a job. Otherwise, this course is good for Ph.D. purposes.
Infrastructure: We have three buildings: one is old, the second is medium, and the third is newly built. The new one is good and has clean washrooms; otherwise, the old building has very unhygienic washrooms. The classrooms are full of dust and in bad condition, with most classes taking place in the old building.
Faculty: Faculty is bad; the Math department is really poor. The teacher in my first year, Sudha Gupta, was really bad. She didn't even provide the timetable on time. When students asked anything, she just kept shouting and acted like she was the boss. She didn't even know how to teach.

The college has good faculty, but the placements can be an issue.
Placements: Lakshmibai's placement cell is fairly new, and there are not very good internships or placements offered. Major offers are for the sales and marketing departments. Being the only B.Sc. course in college, there are not many maths or science-related placements in our college.
Infrastructure: Lakshmibai College is undergoing a lot of construction these days, and we have a 2-floor library and a separate reading floor which is fully air-conditioned. The canteen was recently upgraded, and it offers good food now. Our college also offers healthy food alternatives. Our college is very inclined towards sustainability and nature, so you can find "a go cool," which is an intimation of a small village and a few ponds in the college. We have a wellness center where one can get all the physical and mental aids. The sports ground is fairly big. The only 2 issues I see are college Wi-Fi is very slow and won't connect, and we don't have an auditorium.
Faculty: The faculty are great. Most of the teachers are always ready to help and support you. I feel the curriculum is theoretical and does not have an applied side. But that's what Maths hons., is all about. I feel if we had some research work in our curriculum, it would have taught us the application of the subjects we studied. This course is not easy, but if you do have an interest, it can be really fun to learn.
Other: The campus crowd is improving, and a lot of new societies have been founded in our college and are working hard. The existing societies are doing prominent work. The campus surroundings are a little dull as it's an off-campus college, and it's nearly 15 minutes away from the north campus. So, one can travel easily.

Helpful faculty and placement cell.
Placements: There is a placement cell in the college that provides a wide range of placement opportunities for students. The starting package is ₹4,50,000 and it increases depending on your skills and CV. Around 80 percent of students were placed from our college.
Infrastructure: The campus is very nice compared to top colleges. If you get involved in any society, campus life becomes more entertaining. The infrastructure is very good, and I am satisfied with the classrooms provided. Many music bands, actors, and singers visit our college for performances or movie promotions. However, there is no Wi-Fi facility in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very approachable and help us with every matter. Exams are conducted on a half-yearly basis, in December and May. Papers for the honors course are more difficult compared to programs, and honors students face higher pressure during exams. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:60. Faculty members at Delhi University hold advanced degrees in their respective fields, and each professor uses diverse teaching methods.

Satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure and events.
Placements: A placement drive is conducted and most of the students placed are from the commerce section. I was in B.Sc. Maths Hons and no student was placed from my batch. The student placement ratio is very low although placement notifications are put on the app still they are very low.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is worth appreciation. Labs are not so high tech. The classroom is only up to that level which you can expect from a government college. Canteen food and medical facilities are proper. Sports and games are like the star tag of college, it is excellent in sports.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. But the college does not have a Science background, even after opting for a course from a Science background, we had to study a commerce subject as GE because no Science courses were available in the college. Level of semester exams is not that much difficult, you can easily pass them. The pass percentage of the students is almost 90%.
Other: The course is pretty demanding. It provides you with much knowledge of mathematics and opens various doors for you to explore. Fest and events are of average level. College is off-campus and not much connected to the main campus area.

Review of Lakshmibai College, University of Delhi.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our course, and the highest package offered is 25 LPA, and the lowest package is 8 LPA. Many recruiting companies like Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, etc., come here. 50% of students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: There are very good facilities and infrastructure available, like good Wi-Fi range, good labs, and awesome systems etc. The environment in classrooms is very good and supportive. Our college is famous for sports facilities and other societies.
Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their teaching process is very good and enjoyable. They tell us about different methods to find the answers for questions. They also conduct extra classes to clear our doubts.
Other: Our course is really good and enjoyable, and the best thing is that we enjoy the subjects.

I was satisfied with our college faculty members and good infrastructure.
Placements: About 20% of the students from our course got placed. I am not sure about the salary packages offered. The top recruiting company for our course is TCS. About 20% of the students from our course got internships. Placement opportunities were very low here, and there should be placement opportunities for academically below-average students also. For internships also, there should be a coordinator to help us get the internship.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available here were awesome. The canteen was good, and we actually used to eat a lot there. Sports and games were not conducted much. There was a huge hostel, and medical facilities were also good. Overall, there was a new infrastructure.
Faculty: Teachers here were very helpful and kind. They were also extremely well qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum provided by Shaheed Rajguru college of DU was relevant. We have attended certain seminars, workshops and participated in various projects with the help of our teachers.
