Totally Satisfied with the environment that I got here.
Placements: Around 4-5 companies came to the college for placements. Many students got placed. Average package which was offered was around INR 20,000 (I guess). But still the faculty and placement cell has tried their best to bring companies in the college and provide jobs to the students.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is not available here. Labs, classrooms and library are in good condition. Many sports facilities are also here. NSS and NCC is also present. Outdoor sports like badminton, volleyball, cricket and basketball etc. are there and indoor like chess are also available.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and friendly. Environment is very friendly and everyone is very helpful here. I was in annual system so we had mid-term exams and then final exams. Teachers have helped us a lot to prepare us for exams as well as for the future.

Review of Maharana Pratap Government College.
Placements: Placements are available for those who are interested. The college has a placement cell. Faculty members are quite cooperative and active in providing offers. Interviews are conducted at the college itself. Many students are placed. It is a good college for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. Labs are good. A library is also available. The campus is green and beautiful. Sports tournaments are conducted every year. NSS and NCC are available and are quite active. Even students have reached RDC through the NSS wing.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. MSTs are conducted before finals. There are lab classes on a regular basis. Online and offline sources are provided as study materials.

Affordable but not good for placements.
Placements: As it is a government college, a merit system has been adopted for the enrollment of students, and the major drawback of this college is placements. I only suggest this college if you want to pursue further studies, because the placement is minimal, but it is very affordable, and the teachers are well qualified.
Infrastructure: As it is, the government college infrastructure and management are above average, but the major drawback of this campus is hostel facility is not available. The library is fine. Every book is available, and Wi-Fi facilities are also available. Sports and games are available as per the student's liking.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified & knowledgeable, but the teachers have government. Job ego and course curriculum are relevant does compete with professional level because it set by Shimla and semester exams are tough, and pass percentage is above 60.
Other: The fees are very affordable, but the placements are not good. Every scheme is provided, which is ongoing under the hp government, and fests are also conducted from time to time. Extracurricular activities are too practiced.

The college is well-known for certain fields of study, and it has top-notch faculty members.
Placements: Placements and job opportunities are not so much good for the students of the campus. The college does not provide good placement. Few companies visit the campus for placements. Students do not get a proper job through the campus.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like transport, cafeteria, library, information center, and college canteen.
Other: The college is well-known for certain fields of study, and it has top-notch faculty members. It provides research opportunities, industry connections for internships, networking, or job opportunities.

Our college provides good knowledge and teachers.
Placements: Around 40% of students got placements in our college. The highest salary offered was Rs.80,000 per month, the average salary was Rs.50,000 per month, and the lowest salary was Rs.25,000 per month. Top recruiting companies were Bajaj and Tata Motors. Around 30% to 40% of students got internships at Bajaj Finserv.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and library were available in our college. Hostel was not available. Canteen was closed but it was opened for NSS camps. Many games like basketball, cricket, volleyball, and badminton were available in our college. Some medical facilities were available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were well-educated and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was not relevant but made students industry ready. Exams were conducted yearly in our course. The minimum pass percentage was 40%.
Other: The fee for our course was less. Events were hosted on special occasions.
