The step-wise instructions to fill the MCH Manipal application form are given below:Register on the application portal of MAHE with candidate's email address, mobile number and create a password. Also, select the programme and stream that the candidate is applying for.After successful registration, login with the same credentials. Enter personal details such as the category of application (General/Foreign/NRI), name, date of birth, nationality, etc.Upload the candidate's passport-size photo and scanned signature (less than 5MB). Next, enter parents' or guardian's details.Enter candidate's location details including country, state, city and pin, followed by the complete address information.Enter candidate's academic information such as educational qualification, last institution attended, board/university, year of passing, etc.Select the programme, stream and course that the candidate is applying for.
