Research serves as the foundation for the placement at Manipal School of Life Sciences. Placement offers are point of question because the students mostly move into higher degrees after BSc. Campus placement take place according to their areas of interest. The student review indicated that there were no much placement opportunities for the particular course. Prior to beginning a profession, obtaining a master's degree is advised. Because of this, your chances of getting hired increase after earning a master's. It's advised to finish your PhD or master's degree before looking for work in the research industry. There are more options, such as doing an MBA and other related courses.

Offerings for postgraduate degrees ranged from INR 2.50 LPA to INR 3.72 LPA for the median package. Prior to this, the greatest package available for Christ University placements in 2022 was INR 21.46 LPA. In addition, 451 businesses in all paid a visit to the campus in 2022 as part of Christ University placements. The median package offered during Christ University MBA placements in 2022 was INR 7.97 LPA, per the NIRF report for 2023.

The candidate must have earned the following grades from any accredited university or institute: B Sc (Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Sciences, or any other branches of Life Sciences); MBBS; BDS; BPharm; PharmD; BVSc; BAMS; BHMS; BE; or B Tech (Chemical, Biotechnology, Biomedical) with the aforementioned credits. For admission to M Sc at Manipur School of Life Science, MET is a valid entrance exam. There are 152 to 228 positions in the MET Last Round Closing Rank 2023 (General-All India).

The study states that during the 2020 Manipal School of Life Sciences placements, 27 PG students were placed. Offerings for postgraduate degrees ranged from INR 2.50 LPA to INR 3.72 LPA for the median package. For MSc students placed in 2020, the median package was the same as it was in 2019. In comparison to 2019, the number of PG Diploma students placed in 2020 decreased. Over the last three years, there has been variation in the median package available to students pursuing PG diplomas.
