Hello, hope you are doing well. No you are not eligible for MANIT because you have very less marks but you can go for government college you will definitely get one. For NIT you were supposed to get more marks.

For getting admission into NITs, you should be in top 75 percentile of the 12th board or have atleast 75% in boards but as your current marks are not satisfying this condition you are not eligible for getting admission into NITs. All the best
