No, CAT is not mandatory for entry to the PGP-TBM programme of Masters' Union. Scores can be submitted by any one of the examinations conducted by GMAT, GRE, or Masters' Union Business Aptitude and Admissions Test (MU-BAAT). Interviews and a holistic review of the profile comprise part of the selection process.

The application fee for admissions under the Masters' Union ranges between INR 3,000 and INR 4,000, which is fixed for the respective application round. The applicant must pay this amount online and then download the slip as proof. This is a mandatory amount for the process.   

Candidates must hold an undergraduate or bachelor's degree in any discipline, or possess equivalent qualifications such as CA or CS. While fresh graduates are eligible, the typical cohort includes 60% of students with 2-5 years of work experience and 20-25% with over 5 years of experience.

The final grades for most courses will be determined by a mix of class participation, quizzes, simulations, group assignments, projects and exams. Masters' Union grades the exams on a Standard Normal Curve, also called a Z-curve, with a mean of 3.0. There are no forced-to-fails. To graduate, students must maintain a mean grade of 2.1 in both the core and electives courses.
