Hello Nishar Ahmed, Masters' Union in Gurugram is a very unique institution in many aspects. Firstly and most importantly, this institution has not sort affiliation or recognition from either any university or even from UGC or AICTE. As a result of this they have their own criterias for admitting students for their MBA course. So much so that they accept students even without a graduate degree for this course, if the students fulfill other criterias that they feel are more important than merely having degree in any subject. Because of this peculiarity this institution does not depend on any entrance exam whatsoever for giving admission to students for their prestigious 16 months MBA course. They insist on students submitting their CV that should include curricular as well as non curricular activities including their achievements as entrepreneurs or even in their work places. In addition they charge a whopping registration fee of about rupees 70000/-. Though they have not mentioned anywhere, it appears to ensure that non serious candidates do not even attempt registration. When one considers all these aspects of this unique Institute, one can understand as to why they do not give any weightage to the marks scored by students in different entrance exams conducted by different bodies across India for giving admissions to MBA courses of various institutions. Best wishes to you.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, Masters' Union MBA is nothing like MBA of any other Institute including IIMs and other colleges offering this course. That Institute itself does not call this as MBA. In addition this Institute is neither recognised by UGC nor by AITC. This is a totally privately funded Institute which runs this course for select few for 16 months duration. They even claim that if a student has a promise then they will accept the student even if he has not passed any graduate examination. This institutes admission process is also very unique in that they first ask students to register themselves by uploading their CV and then they select few students out of all who have registered calling them short listed students. No where the institute talks about selecting students based on their marks in any exam what so ever. As a result of this no one can claim to know the cutoff that the institute proclaims or announces for its students to seek admission. Best wishes to you.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, Masters' Union in Gurgaon is indeed a fascinating institution. It has not sought any recognition from either AICTE or UGC. It is neither a private University nor deemed to be university. This institution, as a result, does not have to follow any standard routine that has to be followed by any college or university as per the norms set by UGC or AICTE. As it is not recognised by any government body it does not have any NAAC ranking. If these are the facts then how do we rate this institution either best or better or worse or the worst. Very peculiar and interesting aspect of this institution is the mind boggling fees that they charge for their prestigious course which runs for about 16 months. They charge to the tune of almost ?3500000.00 This indeed breaks the shibboleths of the academic world across India. Be that as it may, another factor which is available to compare the institutes please the placements. Normally speaking we can compare or rate and Institute based on the median salary that it's students obtained during the placements season. This institution reports a median salary of around rupees 35 lakhs! On this count alone This Institute can be called as the best available in Gurgaon. Best wishes to you.

Hello Nishar Ahmad, unfortunately Masters' Union does not announce any cutoff marks. As a matter of fact thay even accept students for theis MBA progamme wh are not even graduates! They have an alaborate and very subjective system of evaluation and short listing of students. Initially students have to register by paying a staggering registration fees. They have to upload their CV either based on Masters' Union's sample CV or of their own. Then they can quote ranking in all the entrance tests they may have given. This is subjectively scruitinised by a committee for shortlisting of candidates. No one knows what are the criterias. Then these shortlisted candidates are subjected to personal interview, video and written essays and analysis of essays. Again a committee selects students subjectively and offers admission. Remember, this institute is not recognised by either UGC or AICTE. So students can not go anywhere for redressal of grievance if any. No cutoff anywhere!Best wishes to you.

Hello Nishar Ahmed, Masters' Union as well as SOIL Institute of Management both are private institutes giving a training in what is called as post graduate programme of Management. Both institutes are considered as quite good but as one can expect they are prose and cons of each of these institutes. Soil admits as many as 480 students every year in different streams while the capacity of the Masters' Union is pegged at just about 60. Soil was established reback in 2008 whereas Masters was established as recently as in the year 2020. There is also a huge difference of fees to be paid. Soil charges just about rupees 15 lacs per year as fees while Masters Union charges almost 35 lacs as fees. Both these institutions claim almost 100% placements including internship during the course. This it's quite difficult to differentiate between the two and both can be considered as equally good for seeking admission. Best wishes to you.
