PCCOE can be said to be a good college, as it's reviews are quite good and has ample of exposure to new technologies.

Yes, you are right. MBM, Jodhpur is the topmost college of RTU, and is one of the top most government colleges of Rajasthan after IIT Jodhpur and MNIT Jaipur. MBM is better because of its placements. The average package there is 4 LPA which is a good one as compared to other RTU colleges which have much less placements records. Moreover, CSE is its most important and highly placed branch.
