Try to check the web sites of some good colleges where all details of entrance are mentioned clearly. I was browsing the website of Lovely Professional University, for my friend to check the scholarships, they have clearly mentioned the criteria for admission to various courses. You can check details from the website of such colleges.So you need to have English and a pass percentage of at least 50% in your XIIth for BCA. You can browse the sites of some colleges for details.

No, you are not eligible to pursue Mathematics hons. course after 10+2 in Commerce stream. As to get admission in Maths hons course it is compulsory to have PCM as main paper in 10+2. So, you are not eligible to pursue Maths hons course.
