There's no such difference. AIIMS and JIPMER are reputed institutions of our country and provide better teaching facilities than any other college.

Your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of getting a seat in deemed or private universities.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed college you have to score around 450 under AIQ and 430 under state quota for open
