482 is a very good score for MBBS as well as BDS. You may get government MBBS seat depending on your domicile state. But chances are less. You can get government BDS.

BDS is the next preferred course by medical professional after MBBS. Apart from that, we have B.Sc, biological sciences, agricultural science, nursing, BAMS, BHMS, etc.

AIIMS is the topmost college for MBBS, then you can go for NEET colleges such as Moulana Azad, Lady Hardin Medical College (only for girls), VMMC, UCMC ( New Delhi), BJMC-GUJRAT, Grant Medical College (Mumbai), PGIMS- Rohtak (Haryana), SMS Medical College (Rajasthan). If you can't score well in NEET exam, then you can go for private colleges. Except MBBS, you may also go for BDS, BHMS, BAMS etc.

The eligibility to apply is you need to clear 12th with an aggregate marks in PCB (botany + zoology) for OC – 50%, BC – 45%, MBC – 40% and SC / STY – 35%.

Required score is above 520 to get into reputed colleges for gen through central counselling, but it may be 5-10 less through respective state's counselling.
