There are many government medical colleges and a few well know and reputed ones are Grant Medical College, Nair Medical College and St. George Medical College. If you want to opt for a private college then MGM Medical College is a good choice.

The only way you can apply for government medical colleges is if you clear AIPMT or MHT CET. Private colleges have their own entrances. Try giving them.

Even if your options are not proper and if your rank is as per the requirements of admission, you will get the seat. If someone lower than your marks gets the admission you can put the written request.

Undoubtedly PMCH, though CNMC is considered as one of the top government colleges in WB. It's infrastructure for studies is very poor according to recent MCI reports. There were even controversies as MCI threatened to lower the seats for MBBS

Admissions are competitive and very strict for medical studies, so you must check directly with the universities. You can check the University of Buckingham and St. George's, University of London. You can keep alternate options open such as Philippines or Russia, UK as it is will be extremely competitive basis your grades.

You can get admission in a private medical college to pursue MBBS or BDS course. Due to low score, you cannot get admission in any of the government medical colleges.
