Hi Dear,
12th score is only for eligibility to admission into MBBS. But selection is on the basis of entrance scores in common entrance examinations.

Career opportunities in travel and tourism are great both in the public and private sectors. You can work in the central and state tourism departments as tourism officers, information assistants, counter staff, marketing staff, reservation staff, tour guides, and tour planners.
Other great prospects for qualified tourism professionals are in the private sector with travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport and cargo companies, etc. After a couple years experience, professionals can start their own business by handling all travel requirements of their clients.
Some of the top institutes which you should consider to pursue course in this field are National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Hyderabad; Institute of Tourism and Future Management, Chandigarh; Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, New Delhi; University of Delhi, New Delhi; Annamalai University; UTM Shillong and IATA/UFTAA and IATA/FIATA authorized training centers at various places across India.

Hi Dear,
A score of 500 + in NEET may ensure you a seat in Government medical college. However this figure may go up, as all state level PMTs have been merged with NEET. So work hard. All the best .
