Yes, IT is one of the core specializations that every college has and provides. But there are hardly any students opting for the same. So yes, IT does exist in all top ranking B-schools.

E-MBA course is for someone who cannot attend regular lectures and is working alternatively or so. The course includes similar syllabus but is not actively recognised as the MS or PGDM course.
MET offers one of the best EMBA courses in Mumbai.

Hi Akshay,
The average package depends on how you crack the interview. Normally, the avg package 5.5 lacs.

84 percentile is too less to crack the top 10 colleges.
I would suggest you to opt for either PGDM or give CET next year again.
Kindly do not compromise by getting into an average college due to average scores.

Your score is very less comparatively so frankly you might not be able get in any top B-school including MET.
You can surely try to give another attempt and score better for opting a better college next year.

Hi Nikunj,
IES MCRC does not accept NMAT scores and, as of now applications for new admissions are closed and GD PI process is already going on. As far as IES MCRC is concerned they provide various ways to excel i.e., they provide us with lots of live projects for each specialization and also has best faculty members to guide throughout. Not only that, we have industry mentors who would guide us through the industry of your choice. Apart from that, we have some fun learning sessions and also too many guest lectures and this help us to improve the networking. Placements in IES MCRC are decent enough, but again that totally depends on your performance throughout. Again, I would say choose wisely by comparing them in the parameters mentioned above and mainly on your area of specialization.

Congratulations on scoring 88.2 percentile in CET exam. This is a decent score and you do have great chances to get yourself admission provided you GD and PI goes well. IES MCRC considers score as one of the factors of evaluation and rest depends on your performance in GD and PI and also Your work experience. Since you have 1 year of work experience it is going to be an add-on. so right now I would advise you to start working on GD and PI and be prepared to answer the questions related to your work experience, as they might grill you on the same.
All the best.
