Last year the cut off for general merit was 93 percentile. So you have definitely scored more than last years cut off .

Hi Nihar,
Firstly congratulations.Well you definitely stand a chance to secure a seat in PGDM rather than MMS seat since as
per last years cut off the MMS admissions closed at 93%tile.Sale of PGDM forms are out. They have a different process for admission which involves GD-PI as well. I would suggest that you refer to the college website which is www.met.edu for more detailed information on the same.
Well regarding the Laptops ,its not complimentary with MMS ,it is offered to the PGDM students as the fees for PGDM is 5 lakhs for 2 years, MMS was around 2.5-3 lakhs.
All the best.

Hi
The college is good for finance in terms of faculty and the courses offered . I would advice that you apply for MMS seat through CAP but I cannot assure you if it can get converted . Last years cut off was around 93 percentile, also you are very much eligible for the PGDM course however that involves a separately process of admission which include GD-PI and psychometric profiling . Visit the college website www.met.edu for detailed information . The PGDM forms are up for sale online as well as at the college admin department .

Hi Taniya, yes you are eligible for admission to PGDM course . The admission forms for registration to the PGDM admission process are on sale . Please refer to the college website www.met.edu. The registration process there will be a psychometric,GD and PI rounds . Based on your overall performance you would get selected . Also having a work experience is always an advantage .
The cutoff for MMS last year was 93 percentile. For Admission into PGDM you will have to fill the admission form. You can collect it from the college premise or you can purchase it online www.met.edu. The forms are already on sale. PGDM invokes GD PI session to prepare for. So do refer to news and know your CV well. Because you will questioned on what is written on your CV .
Regarding the Placement Record, its has been around 90% placement for marketing last year with companies like ITC,LODHA,NIELSEN etc.In finance however there has been a dip in placements not only in our college but in the overall passing out batch from various colleges. However companies like Morgan stanley,Das Capital ,HDFC bank etc have been few of the many 22 companies among regularly to campus.
Hope it helped . All the best .

Hi Astha,Have you given any other entrance exam apart for MH-CET? If the answer is NO i fear that you would not be eligible for admissions to any MBA college through a normal entry process.
