I am satisfied with the campus placements of 2021, amazing infrastructure and education.
Placements: I am studying at MIT ADT College of Management. I am pursuing an MBA project and construction management, which is a post-graduation course. Almost 90% of the students got placed in our course. Top construction industry companies in Pune like Rohan Builders, Digitra, Denesa, Panchashil Reality, PDA and many others are the recruiters for campus placements. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 3 LPA. Even internships in the last semester are provided by the campus. After students complete the course of an MBA project and construction management, they are equipped with management skills, leadership skills and detailed construction knowledge, which are mandatory skills for a project manager to work efficiently and manage projects onsite and complete projects in the required time frame.
Infrastructure: Our campus infrastructure and facilities are excellent, which contribute to the making of great students. Each building is designed with unique aesthetic features, which creates a study environment for students to stay engaged in their own field of interest. Hostel facilities are great for boys, girls and for parents to rely completely on with tight security and in and out timings. Our college canteen is amazing with maintained cleanliness, and quality food is prepared by appointed chefs. Medical facilities are well-maintained. Our college has its sports team with playground and recreational facilities with swimming pool and garden area for recreational activities.
Faculty: Teachers are appointed here to mould student's character to make them shine bright. They all are post-graduates, and all of them are industry experts with a minimum of 9 years of experience in the construction industry. Teaching quality is great in our college. Faculty members here impart their on-site real-life experiences along with theoretical knowledge, which helps students to learn more effectively, which makes them efficient to stand in the construction industry.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to get into project management after completing the graduation in B.Arch. The best thing about this course is that it has a double degree in a single course, which is offering MBA marketing skills and detailed construction knowledge. It makes students to think and act like an entrepreneur with leadership skills, managing an entire team utilising their skills and get the maximum outcome in the required time frame.

The college is the best, and you would never regret the decision.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students got placed. The salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Prashant Deshmukh And Associates, Mantra Properties and CBRE. Top roles offered are manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and the department are the best. It is one of the best colleges. Classrooms and the library are the best. The quality of the canteen is the best, which serves the best food and snacks.
Faculty: Teachers are the best and help us in every way they can. The curriculum is relevant, and we can give the best output as we get into the industry.
Other: The batch was good and got the best faculty members. I wanted to do the post-graduation, and it was better to be a management student and complete the PG in management, so I did it. Everything was at its best, and the event is the most awaited time of the year.

There are no placements. The college has just a name but not a value.
Placements: The highest salary offered is very poor, which is about Rs. 15,000 per month. All companies are local and hiring students at a lower position even after having a master's degree. Many students struggle a lot to get a basic job, and many students got a very poor salary of Rs. 5,000 per month, which is as less as compared to the salary of the watchman.
Infrastructure: The quality of infrastructure is good. Classrooms are well-equipped with a projector and seating arrangement. The library is good with a collection of books. There is a sports complex, and the canteen is also good. The fee accommodates all these things rather than education.
Faculty: External faculty members are good, but lack of management makes no use. Some subjects are only for the namesake. Primary skills required like MSP Primavera were not taught properly. BIM is the key to the future, and it is also skipped from the portion. In the lockdown, exams are online, but the marking system is not proper.
Other: Everything is good other than education and placements.

Good infrastructure and experienced industry experts.
Placements: The programme is including academics and practical exposure, after course gets done most of the students placed in their part of internship companies. Average package offered 3LPA. Companies were like for internship SPCL, J Kumar, DHFL, Millennium contractor, Mahindra lifespaces.
Infrastructure: Campus infrastructure is good and huge, with the various amenities around. All the essential requirements are provided such as Labs, Library and modern classrooms. I wasn't part of Hostel, but yes, hostel is in the college premises. On weekends mostly there are peak hours for sports and other extra curricular activities.
Faculty: All the staff are industry experts. Having different vertical expertise throughout their careers. Its helpful to get your concepts clear. It acquired almost all the project and construction management analysis, I can say, it is great start for the student who wants to get in management executive level.
Other: I have keen interest in project and construction so I choose this programme. This course was that part what I was looking for.

The college has great placements and good infrastructure.
Placements: I'm in the first year now. Placements in our college are good. All the faculty members are good and well qualified. The campus atmosphere is great which makes the college totally different from others. This year, the college has achieved 100% placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Smart classrooms are available. There are three canteens on the campus. The structure of our college is unique. The campus has Raj Kapoor memorial. Our campus has the world's largest dome.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and great. Our college has strict rules, and students should have a clean shave and always wear a tie which makes a student a perfect future manager.
Other: Persona fest is conducted in our college, and it is great. We can learn a lot from that fest.
