The PG-level course is offered in three specialisations. The course is available in the disciplines of Applied Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, and Applied Physics. MN IT Jaipur offers a full-time MBA course for a duration of two years via its Department of Management. This course is offered across five specialisations, including Marketing, Finance, Operations Management, Human Resources Management and Business Analytics. Admission to all these specialisations is done through a common selection process. Candidates are selected based on scores of national-level entrance exams, followed by PI rounds. 

 Admission to the M.Tech programme at MNIT Jaipur is done basis of GATE score and CCMT Counselling. The seat allotment is carried out during the counselling. BTech/BE or MSc with a minimum of 60% aggregate is the basic eligibility for M.Tech offered at MNIT Jaipur. As per the unofficial sources, MNIT Jaipur MBA  fee for MBA course is INR 2 lakh. This is tuition fee is calculated as per the first-year fee and the amount can vary. The hostel charges are up to INR 1.43 lakh and a one-time fee of INR 18,300 is also added to the total fee.Candidates have to pay a certain amount of fee at the time of admission.
