Well according to the 2017 notice from training band placements cell of MNIT out of 66 eligible students of electrical engineering 54 were placed with the average package of 6.58 LPA and the highest package of 16.17 LPA. This looks pretty good

As per 2017 cut-off, your rank is very good and 2017 cut-off was 4842. So you can easily get admission and in 12th minimum 75% is required.

Well, both are top NITs but you should go as per your interest. MNIT, Jaipur is among top 5 but civil branch has less scope as compared to EC branch. You should go for EC branch which is most demanded and future scoring branch. All the best.

Both are good and comparable college. But Mnnit Allahabad has comparably good faculty. So go for Mnit Allahabad. If you live near Jaipur, you can opt for Jaipur also.
