It is impossible to get admission in 61% in ness Wadia college if you are belongs to general category.
5 years ago My state merit OBC rank of JEE and MHT CET is 19709 and 12468, can you suggest a college for engineering in Maharashtra?

Yes you may get admission but you have to wait till the end of counselling as the percentile is good but not enough. Hopefully you will get admission. Enroll and follow up on the results.
