There is no quota for minorities. However institutions formed under minorities act are allowed to enroll 50% students from their community. Your JEE Mains rank is a bit low but I feel you have great chance of getting admission in MJ

Hi Wahid,
It depends upon your choice of field. For mechanical and CSE you need a rank not more than 15000 and for civil not more than 12000 plus if you have BC certificate it might help you as our institution is a Muslim minority institution.
