KJ Somaiya is the best. But according to your rank and percentile, if you are a non-Gujarat student i.e. not a candidate of the linguistic minority, it is very difficult to get in KJ. Dalmia is also good but at 970 rank, it is again difficult.

The programme includes 1 year in India and 1 year in USA. You will be provided MBA degree by the Univeristy in USA i.e. Winsonsin Parkside USA. There is no assurance of placement after completion.

PGDM Finance has the best placements out of all specializations at N. L. Dalmia. A 100% placement record, with highest package of 24 lakhs and average package of 7 lakhs.

The admissions for PGDM course are closed. For MMS, the percentile is higher and hence it would be difficult to secure admission with the marks mentioned.

The conditions for hindi minority quota are ( Only for MMS students):
1. Candidates who are staying in Maharashtra for at least 10 Years (has / is Domicile of Maharashtra) and who belong to under given (North Indian) States where the Official language is Hindi.
2. Candidates Parents (Mother and Father" both") must be a native from the following States and their mother tongue should be Hindi. ( Bihar, Delhi, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh)
3. Candidate must have passed his 10th and 12th and/or graduation from Maharashtra. Since your parents do not belong to these north Indian states, you might not be eligible. But still confirm it from institute they will help you.

Yes, it is difficult to secure admission in N L Dalmia considering the number of applications and the ranking it scores in Mumbai. Still, with a good score in addition to a good GD/PI can help you in your admission in PGDM programme, which is easier than admission in MS, since MS requires a really high score.

No, 89 percentile is too low. For top colleges, a percentile around 99 is required.
