The conditions for hindi minority quota are ( Only for MMS students):
1. Candidates who are staying in Maharashtra for at least 10 Years (has / is Domicile of Maharashtra) and who belong to under given (North Indian) States where the Official language is Hindi.
2. Candidates Parents (Mother and Father" both") must be a native from the following States and their mother tongue should be Hindi. ( Bihar, Delhi, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh)
3. Candidate must have passed his 10th and 12th and/or graduation from Maharashtra. Since your parents do not belong to these north Indian states, you might not be eligible. But still confirm it from institute they will help you.

Still, with a good score in addition to a good GD/PI can help you in your admission in PGDM programme, which is easier than admission in MS, since MS requires a really high score.

You have a good chance based on your CET score. Last year, the cut-off was around 97 percentile so you can expect the seat in the last round or ACAP round.

As per your CET score (83.50 percentile), there are very low chances to get admission in N L Dalmia for PGDM. You have benefits of work experience, but your graduation percentage is low.
