Looks very difficult at this score. Generally, students above 90 percentile make it to the final list.

Yes, any graduate from a recognized university or final year students with a percentile of 50% and above in any of the accepted exams are eligible to apply for PGDM.

No, the minority cut off is 92 to 93 percenttile.
