I think comparing MBA and PGDM will not be a good idea because both are different courses. You can compare two colleges for any particular course but comparing two course within a same college is not possible. If i talk about MBA

There are no GD or PI rounds for admission process in NRIBM. You get admission on the basis of CMAT score.

According to me, if you have scored 114 in CMAT, then you will not face any problem in acquiring admission in NRIBM but still, you will have to wait for merit list.
