There is no minimum cut-off as such, as NIBM is considering MAT (February) Exam for the first time we cannot predict cut-off.

There is no reservation for any category in NIBM. Last year, the cut-off for CAT was 80%ile.
7 years ago What is the fee structure in NIBM, Pune (2018-2020)? Does it accept MAT February score? And, do they provide internships?

NIBM is a good option as it has core banking programmes. Also, you can give banking exams side by side.
