NIBM accept only CAT, CMAT score for their admission. Their CAT cut-off is around 70-75 percentile.

PGDM is always equivalent to MBA degree. Just the course curriculum is slightly different. In general MBA degree is given by universities whereas PGDM degree is given by autonomous institutes in India.
