It would be valid, if the university had international approvals at the time when you passed out. Although, there wouldn't be any issue if you go outside of India with your EMBA Certificate, because only a few companies raise the questions on

Placement is pretty decent. Last year, 140+ companies came for the recruitment and more then 90% students placed. Most of the students are placed in marketing followed by HR, finance and operations.
