In this context, the Institute Library will equip itself with Digital Collection Development and Digital Services in order to realise the primary purpose of Library Science - Right Information to the Right User at the Right Time. With roughly 3000 volumes and 40 subscription print journals, the LRC exclusively covers design-oriented literature. LRC analyses the potentiality of design and binds it with technology to provide patrons with 259 video DVDs for e-learning.Given the frequency with which design periodicals are used, the LRC subscribes to the MAGZTER database, which contains over 5000 magazines on art, design, and textiles.
