Yes. In case, you are not satisfied with the allocated seat or have a better option available, you are allowed to participate in the other rounds of counselling. Note that if the candidate is allocated a higher preference seat in the subsequent round, then seat allocation of the previous round will be cancelled. If the fee payment window is closed by the institute, you are not eligible to participate in the admission process.
