You can find PGs near to JIIT both for boys and girls in Sector 62. Moreover, the college itself provides the facility of a hostel for both boys and girls. So you have both the options available. The hostel provided by the hostel provide all the amenities. There are various PGs available within the range of 1-5 km from the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Srinagar. Moreover, the college itself provides the facility of a hostel for both boys and girls. The college hostels were under construction, but as per my current understanding, the construction work have completed. So, I hope the newly constructed hostels ensures a comfortable and pleasant living experience. For further details, I would suggest to contact directly with the college administration.

However, if you don't like food in the mess, you can eat in canteen which mostly tastes good.
