According to me IMI Kolkata is best. IMI-K has achieved many milestones in the field of management education. The Institute constantly ranked as a top institute with the current rank of 45th among leading business schools in the country, as per the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. IMI-Ks PGDM programme also has accreditation from NBA and MBA degree equivalence from AIU. The curriculum of our flagship PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) programme is AICTE approved and industry-oriented that ensures that the students are more than adequately equipped and empowered with knowledge and skillsets to attain leadership positions and add value to their organizations in complex situations.

Your CAT percentile doesn't always have to be the limiting factor in finding a good B-school. I found one and so are so many others who are not willing to give up despite the unlucky performance on CAT day.

You have scored really well but the problem with NEET now is the cut off goes very very high. But, I still wish you luck I think you can secure your chance. Keep following the counselling process and you will be through.

523 marks is a fair score to secure a seat. Cutoff marks for the seats change on a yearly basis depends on the number of candidates who qualify in the NEET UG examination.

From all the college that you have mentioned above, I'll prefer you to opt for the Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA), as CCA is better, then the NIA in terms of placements, infra and faculty.
