College is still not on top. They have to work on many things like infrastructure and events.
Placements: Almost 75% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 75,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month and the average salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Banks, Amazon, Google, etc., visited the campus. Roles offered are financial manager, investment banker, investment fund manager, etc. The highest salary offered in our course was 1 lac per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month and the average salary offered was Rs. 50,000 per month. Almost 75% of students got an internship in banks or the IT department.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good according to me. We have a library where students can issue any books they want. College also provides computer labs where students practice their course. Wi-Fi is also available. College doesn't provide hostel facility as all the students are local.
Faculty: Teachers in my department are very helpful. Even all the teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality of MBA department is really appreciable. Here the first priority is given to practical education than theory. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because from here I can get many job offers and I can learn to manage each and everything. Nothing should be improved in our course.

The finest faculty at NMD Gondia and manageable infrastructure
Placements: The placements were quite at low levels during my session. Only two or three companies came for placements which are Star Union, Daichi Insurance, Airtel and one local company. Actually, for placements, our college refers us to go to Nagpur for open placements. For our senior batch, it was the same as with us. It will be very unfair if I say the placed students percentage is hardly 3%, Actually, the people are not very much aware of the placements and they even do not sit in the placement, so a very low strength of people are participating. Now coming on the package, it is average at 1.20 lakhs to 2.5 lakhs and no internships are provided directly by the college. But, they suggest and recommend some students to some companies, but the companies they recommend for the internship offer no stipend, just an experience which is priceless. Some students, including me, find companies on ourselves for the internship. Finally, coming to the roles offered to the students, the students are very less participative and they hesitate in taking roles and responsibilities which is like a school, where the students absent themselves from the class if they have not done their homework. This example is perfect for making you understand about the condition.
Infrastructure: Our college is rich in some facilities but in some, they are very bad. It has a fantastic library, smart classrooms with projectors and air-conditioners, average computer lab, and a great auditorium. The medical facilities are quite average. During my time, no Wi-Fi was available at all. Modems are available, but I have never seen our college students using the college Wi-Fi and I do not know the present situation regarding it. We were having no canteen at all. and we did not have any hostel facilities. The sports equipment were quite average. We faced one problem during the session. At the time, when I had taken admission, no proper water filter was available. The water filter available was not quite good. Regarding this issue, we had contacted to the HOD. The issue was sorted out soon and we have a new water filter now available.
Faculty: The best part of our college is faculty members as they are superb, very experienced, very kind natured, highly qualified and very knowledgeable. The teaching methodology is the combination of both modern and traditional methods. On an average, we are having 56-58 students in each batch and our faculty members are around 10-12 in number including temporary teachers. Very frequent guest lectures were conducted by our HOD. I would like to take the name of our HOD Dr. Girish Kudale who was the best out of the best teachers I have ever met. He was very cooperative, very supportive and always motivated the students, He carries a very dynamic personality. In addition to this, I would tell you that we went on industrial visits every year.
Other: Listen carefully about why to pick NMD college: • Budget M.B.A. • Best faculty members. • Good infrastructure. • Budget city. • Lots of fun and learning Placements do matter but if you are having proper knowledge and interest in studies and the most important is skills. You will never feel down and you will definitely come with flying colours.

NMD is the average college.
Placements: Approximately half of the students were successfully placed in our college. The salary range for placements varies from 3 lacs to 7.5 lacs per year, with an average package of 5 lacs per year. Prominent recruiters include TCS and several smaller institutes. Only 30 percent of the students secure internships. The responsibilities of HR management and the role of a marketing manager.
Infrastructure: The college offers an average facility, lacking Wi-Fi access. However, it boasts three libraries with approximately 100,000 books. Unfortunately, there are no hostels or mess facilities available. The sports and games facilities are average, while the medical services provided are good.
Faculty: Some teachers are highly skilled and qualified, while others may fall below average and struggle to address students' doubts effectively. In my opinion, this particular course does not align with the curriculum requirements. Furthermore, I doubt its ability to adequately prepare students for the industry. The semester assessments are relatively straightforward, with a passing threshold set at 40 percent.
Other: I want to do MBA so I chose this course.

This college make it easier for students to study.
Placements: 30 percent of students were placed in my college. 4 to 8 lacs per annum is the range of the packages offered here. About 40 percent of students got internships from our course. The roles offered also include the leading entrepreneurship roles as well.
Infrastructure: The college campus is great with fresh air, a good environment and surrounded by lots of trees. Classrooms are maintained clean. There are many useful things and machines in our college lab. The canteen is also good where delicious food is provided. Medical facilities are available for free which is really helpful for students.
Faculty: Highly educated teachers teach at my college and they help every student in clearing their doubts and errors over any topic. Bus passes are allotted by the college for those students who live in other districts. If we study properly then it isn't so hard to pass the semesters.
Other: My family decided to choose this course. This course has been really difficult for me. Time management should be improved in our college after this covid 19 pandemic. Scholarship distribution depends upon the central government.

Our college and course are very attractive and enjoyable. All facilities are available here.
Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed in our course because it is a very useful and easy course. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 90 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Almost 70% of the students got an internship from our course in Google, Amazon and top companies.
Infrastructure: There are Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, hostel and many things that help us. There are medical and sports facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Others are also well-qualified, very intelligent and knowledgeable. Teaching quality of our course teachers is great. Teachers are like a family member, and their study style is grate.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is useful in my life. The best thing about this course is it is a very attractive and enjoyable course.

If you have a limited budget you can surely go for this college.
Placements: Out of 50 students around 25-30 students secured placement. The highest salary package is around 18 LPA and the lowest salary package is around 6 LPA. Around 60% of students secured internships. Top recruiting company is TCS and top roles offered are sales manager and finance analyst.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is not available and infrastructure is okay. Medical facilities are not available and there is no mess. Canteen and sports activities are also limited. Wi-Fi is not available for students. Department is good and staff behavior is also good, but a bit rude at the admission counter.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and course curriculum is relevant. Pass percentage is above 35%. Semester exams are tough, but anyone can pass by studying properly. College staff needs to improve in preparing students to be industry-ready. They should improve activities and training to make students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in business management activities. I opted for this college because it is near my home, making it easier to travel.
