Hello, for the students of pharmacy experience counts a lot. With experience a pharmacist can hope to get better and better packages. But at the time of passing out the student has no experience and hence the general package a student can expect at the stage very from about 2 lakhs per annum to 4 lakhs per annum. As the student games experience of actual working in the industry or anywhere else the employebility increases and there is almost or jump of two times that the student can expect in the next job. This is the case with Nehru College of Pharmacy also. Students of this college too get similar packages during placement.Best wishes to you.

Hello, the college does not provide any scholarship directly to the students but enables students to get education loan for their studies in the college and also sometimes allows delays in paying fees. However at the state level and also at the national level there are scholarships provided to the needy students. The college of course enables the students to apply for such scholarships. Sometimes these are directed to students from OBC or SC ST categories and sometimes they are directed to the students whose incompletable or below certain threshold. But this all are given by agencies other than the college. If a student is bright in studies, there are plenty of ways where she / he can get assistance from the government or some NGOs working in the education field. Best wishes to you.

At Nehru College of Pharmacy, placements for D.Pharma students are generally moderate, with most graduating students landing entry-level positions in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Opportunities for graduates can be found in hospital and community pharmacies as well as in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Some might also work as medical salespeople, in research labs, or in drug manufacturing facilities. With its placement cell, the college offers industry connections, career fairs and internships even though placements may not be as extensive as for advanced pharmacy degrees. In order to improve their career prospects and employment chances in fields like clinical research or regulatory affairs graduates looking for higher-paying or specialized professions frequently pursue additional education such as a B.Pharm.
