Yes, you will surely get admission in NSIT. But if you don't have a category then getting COE is tough. Though you may get ECE or ICE.

Sorry to say but u will not be able to get either computer engg. or IT with the scores you mentioned. Cutoffs for both these branches are quite high.

You can easily get into NSIT, though you may not get computer engineering as your branch. Also the branch you get will depend upon whether you are a delhiite and if you have a category.

NSIT has lesser number of students as compared to DTU, so the competition in placements is less. The other factors are more or less comparable.
