Mostly, the criteria that is followed is scoring above 75 %.While this criteria will help you getting admissions in NITs with clearance of Jee Mains and IITs with clearance of Jee advance.In NSUT, you would get admissions purely on the basis of Jee Mains and there is no such value for Boards. Further you need to get a decent rank in Jee Mains to get a admission in NSUT.All depends on how good rank you make it to and seats availability for the branches you prefer for.
